The "Company" is Iza d.o.o., Vrhpolje pri Kamniku 157, 1240 Kamnik, which is the owner and administrator of the website izaeffect.si.
The "Website" is the website accessible at www.izaeffect.si, which is operated by the company and where the online store operates.
"User" means any natural person who uses the website.

- ONLINE STORE
4.1. The general terms and conditions govern the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the user and the online store, and regulate the business relationship between the online store and the buyer. The buyer is bound by the general terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase (submission of an online order). When placing an order, the user is specifically notified of the general terms and conditions of business and, by placing an order, confirms that they are familiar with them.
Confirmation of the general terms and conditions when placing an order via our online store constitutes a binding contract between you and the company. We urge you to read the general terms and conditions carefully before confirming your order. If you do not agree with our general terms and conditions, you will not be able to use the services of our online store. It is also not possible to partially agree to the general terms and conditions. To make a purchase, you must accept the general terms and conditions in their entirety, as they apply at the time of purchase.
4.2. Use of the online store
The company operates an online store in accordance with the general terms and conditions. The online store is available to customers at all times, whereby the company reserves the right to temporarily disable or terminate the online store without prior notice.
Due to maintenance and updates of the online store, there is a possibility that the online store will be temporarily unavailable or that payments will be temporarily disabled. The company is not liable for any damage that may occur during the maintenance and/or update of the online store.
4.3. Making a purchase in the online store
The purchase agreement between the supplier and the buyer is concluded at the moment the buyer confirms the order (the buyer receives an email with the status "Order confirmed"). From that moment on, all prices and other terms of purchase are fixed and apply to both the supplier and the buyer. The purchase agreement is stored in electronic form on the company's server.
4.4. Purchase procedure:
Ordering from our online store is safe and easy.
You can make a purchase at Izaeffect.si in five steps: select the product(s) and add them to your shopping cart, review your shopping cart, enter your billing and shipping information, select the shipping and payment method, and confirm your order. We will then deliver your selected goods to your chosen address as quickly as possible.
By clicking on SHOPPING CART, you will see a list of products added to your shopping cart. By clicking on the SHOW BASKET button, you can view the products in your basket and the total amount of your order (excluding delivery costs). Here, you can enter your discount code in the COUPON CODE field and click on ENTER COUPON. By clicking on CHECKOUT or TO THE CASHIER, you will proceed to the final step of completing your order. First, enter the payer's details (first name, last name, company name if you want a company invoice, select the country, enter the street, postal code, city, telephone number, and email address). Then select whether you want delivery to a different address; if you do not want this, the products will be delivered to the address on the invoice. You can enter your comments in the ORDER COMMENTS field. Under the YOUR ORDER tab, select the delivery method and payment method. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, complete your purchase by clicking the BUY NOW button.
After placing an order, the buyer receives an email notification that the order has been accepted. The notification lists the products and quantities selected by the buyer. The buyer must notify the provider of any changes to the order or cancellations by email.
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been added to the queue. You will usually receive this email within 5 minutes, but this may take longer depending on your email settings. Iza d.o.o. administration always has comprehensive information about the status and content of your order available on the Izaeffect.si website. The administration reviews the order and checks the availability of the items ordered.
PRICES, PAYMENT METHODS, AND PROMOTIONS
5.1. Prices
All prices on the Website are listed in EUR and include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order. The offer is valid until further notice.
WARNING: This online store is a retail online store intended only for end consumers (B2C). Therefore, we do not allow sales to legal entities (B2B) through the Website and thus do not offer the option of issuing invoices to legal entities. This also means that subsequent corrections to issued invoices from a natural person to a legal entity are not possible, as the sales transaction is concluded exclusively with a natural person.

5.2. Payment methods
The online store offers the following payment methods:
Cash on delivery – the buyer pays the delivery person in cash or by credit card when the delivery person delivers the ordered goods to the buyer's address;
Payment by credit card;
Payment via PayPal.
You acknowledge that you are required to pay the full cost of the order (including any costs associated with the transaction itself and delivery) in accordance with the selected payment method. You warrant that you have the ability and right to conduct transactions using a credit card or any other payment method you have selected.
5.3. Purchase security
The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational measures to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments. For this purpose, the provider uses an SSL certificate issued by an authorized organization. Credit card authorizations are performed in real time with immediate verification of data with banks. Card details are not stored on the provider's server.
5.4. Promotions
The website also offers discounts and other promotions that reduce product prices (hereinafter referred to as promotions). Each promotion is offered at a reduced price for a specific (limited) period, which is defined separately for each promotion. The reduced price applies to purchases made during the promotion period.
Please note that certain promotions are limited to new users who have not yet made a purchase in the online store. In this case, this benefit does not apply to existing users. Any attempts to take advantage of such promotions will be immediately blocked, and email addresses used for abuse will be deleted without prior notice. Discounts and other promotions are generally not cumulative, unless expressly stated in the individual promotion.
5.5. Costs and delivery of goods
The price does not include any delivery costs. Delivery costs are shown in the online store, where you can choose your delivery option. The company may offer two delivery methods: standard and express. The key difference between these two delivery methods is that orders with express delivery are given priority and packaged accordingly. Before selecting a delivery method, please check the price listed for each option. However, we may also only offer standard shipping. This is decided by the company based on the offers of delivery services. When you complete your order, you will see a price overview divided into the purchase price, delivery cost, and total cost.
DELIVERY Our contractual partners for the delivery of shipments in Slovenia and abroad are Expedico, GLS, Packeta, and Pošta Slovenije, but Iza d.o.o. reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this will enable it to fulfill the order more efficiently.
The products you have ordered will be delivered to the address you have specified as the delivery address.
The estimated delivery date is available to the Customer when placing the order. However, the company reserves the right to extend the delivery date in case of increased demand or delays in delivery services. Deliveries are mostly made in the morning. If you are unable to accept the delivery at the time of delivery, the delivery service will attempt to coordinate the method and place of delivery with the customer.
If the delivery service is unable to contact the customer, the delivery will be attempted again on the next working day or, if possible, the package will be delivered to a parcel locker. Some delivery services contact the customer before delivery, but this is not mandatory. If all attempts to contact and deliver have been exhausted, the undelivered package with the products will be returned to the sender.
